Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Satisfaction

Oxy Magic Of Central Pennsylvania is committed to providing high-quality tile restoration services and complete customer satisfaction. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely happy with the results.

Service Refunds

Workmanship Commitment: We stand behind our workmanship for regrouting and tile repair services for 2 years. If you experience issues with our workmanship within this period, we will return to correct the problem at no additional cost.

Service Quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include additional work or service credit.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for the following situations:

  • Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about the service after it has been completed
  • Normal variations: Natural variations in tile color, texture, or pattern
  • Pre-existing conditions: Damage or conditions that existed before our service
  • Improper maintenance: Issues caused by improper care or maintenance after our service
  • Acts of nature: Damage caused by flooding, fire, or other natural events

Cancellation Policy

Before Service: You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

After Service Started: Once service has begun, cancellation is not permitted and full payment is required for work completed.

Deposit Refunds

Refundable Deposits: Deposits may be refundable depending on the circumstances of cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before service: Full deposit refund
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before service: 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before service: No deposit refund

Refund Process

Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us in writing within the applicable time frame. Include your name, contact information, service date, and reason for the refund request.

Review Process: We will review your refund request and respond within 5-7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of cash refunds. Service credits can be applied toward future services and are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Dispute Resolution

Communication: We believe in open communication and will work with you to resolve any disputes amicably.

Mediation: If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, we may suggest mediation through a third party.

Legal Action: As outlined in our Terms of Service, any legal action must comply with Pennsylvania state laws.

Customer Responsibilities

Timely Communication: Please report any issues or concerns promptly to allow us to address them effectively.

Proper Maintenance: Follow all care instructions provided for your specific service to maintain optimal results.

Realistic Expectations: Understand that tile restoration has limitations and may not achieve perfect results in all cases.
